The transformation of a Florida neighborhood was the inspiration for this artwork. Utilizing a symbol of metamorphosis, the butterfly emerging from its chrysalis, the sculpture is angled to aim ‘wings of art’ down the main street of Bradenton’s Village of the Arts. The wings appear to flutter out and alight on objects in the Village.
